Work at W&L

Washington and Lee affirms that varied perspectives and backgrounds enhance our community. We are committed to the recruitment, enrichment, and retention of students, faculty, and staff who embody many experiences, points of view, and interests. As engaged citizens in a global society, we seek to advance a positive learning and working environment for all through open and substantive dialogue.

Working at W&L presents robust opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. We foster a sense of community through programs that bring people together, both as a campus and within smaller groups such as employee resource groups.
